The Champion very robust and is the easiest to use and clean of all our masticating juicers; a real workhorse. For those who wish to juice primarily carrots and apples it is second to none, producing an excellent yield with both. It will comfortably juice greens, providing they are placed in the feeding chamber in small amounts and are mixed with plenty of harder produce. Not many people wish to drink greens by themselves, so the Champion is often the appropriate choice. When juicing larger volumes of fibrous vegetables and greens, there can be a slight increase in temperature of the juice from friction. Refrigerating produce prior to use does alleviate this. However, providing you are happy to juice any greens with plenty of carrot and apple, this should never happen. The Champion is not suitable for juicing wheat grass.
